Registration fee is $20 per person (or $40 per couple).  Please include the name of each person covered by your payment.  This fee will cover the cost of the Saturday catered meal and help offset other expenses.  You MUST pre-pay this fee to take part in the catered meal on Saturday evening!

 

Please enclose a check made out to “CHS All School Reunion” with “registration” on the memo line.  (If you care to, you may also include an additional donation… this, of course, is optional.)
